Bob is a Shareholder and VP of Business Development at Dan Martinez & Assoc. LLC (M&A) with over 35 years of experience leading sales & service teams with Fortune 100 firms and small business enterprises. Bob joined the firm in 2010 and has worked in several capacities including Business Development, Marketing and Consulting. As a new shareholder he provides expertise to the manufacturing industry by providing Electrical and Natural Gas Predominant Use Studies for companies that qualify for sales tax exemptions on their utilities.

Bob is a life member of the Greater Houston Partnership (GHP) and volunteers as an ambassador advocating for its members, connecting them with resources within our local community to maximize their membership experience and grow their business. Bob is also very active with the Houston Minority Business Development Council (HMSDC), the local non-profit certifying agency for minority-owned business enterprises (MBEs). M&A is the largest minority-owned sales and use tax consulting firm in the U.S. with expertise in this specialty tax service. HMSDC is a local chapter of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) in Washington D.C. that connects corporate Fortune 1000 companies with certified and qualified MBEs.

Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas @ Austin, Texas.

Guido is a Shareholder and Director of Marketing & Engagement Services at Dan Martinez & Associates, LLC (M&A). Guido’s background demonstrates a focus on Business Development, Marketing, and Client Management. Since joining the firm, he has assisted in building strategic audit reduction engagement services, further enabling clients to significantly reduce their sales tax audit exposure. He has also led marketing and business development initiatives to enhance the diversification and growth of M&A by developing and executing innovative client-focused tax services designed to deliver excellent client satisfaction.

Guido represents M&A as an involved committee member for the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council (HMSDC), the certifying agency for Houston minority-owned business enterprises (MBE’s), and the local chapter of the National Minority Supplier Development Association (NMSDC) in Washington D.C. He is also an active member of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Guido received his B.S. degree in Marketing and Management from the University of the Ozarks in Arkansas. He also received his Master’s in Business Administration from Houston Baptist University.

Cynthia (CiCi) Casaly

CiCi joined the firm in 2015 as Business Development and Marketing Associate. Since joining the firm, CiCi has focused on account management, developing new client relationships and marketing efforts. CiCi comes from a career in global business development, project management and marketing for a range of local and global companies. In these roles she managed new business efforts, marketing and corporate events for her own company and other major corporations. Her broad experience working directly with global CEO’s has taught her comprehensive and diversified project management and problem solving skills.

Prior to joining the firm, CiCi worked for Ernst & Young and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce overseeing new business pursuits, project management and marketing efforts. With her own National Marketing company, her clients included Royalty, Politicians, Celebrities and Major Corporations.

CiCi received her B.A. degree in Communications from the University of New Orleans. She is extensively involved in the Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Marketing Association and various Chambers of Commerce.
